About the Session

It was a pleasure to lead the first session of NAWIC Hartford’s 2025 Toolbox Talks Series. The topic of construction management is something I’m truly passionate about.

Construction is not just about plans and materials. At its heart, it is about people. It is about how we communicate, how we collaborate, and how we lead.

This session explored how different project delivery types influence teamwork and communication. I shared real case studies from my career, and we opened the floor to great questions and discussion. I always enjoy the back and forth, and I walked away inspired by the thoughtful participation from attendees.
