I had the privilege of moderating the panel Unlocking Project Potential: Breaking Barriers Between A&E, PMs & Field at the NAWIC Midwest Region Spring Forum this year. Our conversation focused on the real challenges teams face when working across architecture, engineering, project management, and field operations.

We talked openly about how better communication and understanding between these groups can unlock project potential and lead to smoother collaboration. It was inspiring to hear from experts who are dedicated to breaking down silos and building stronger, more connected teams.

Being part of this discussion reaffirmed my belief that leadership and teamwork go hand in hand, especially in complex projects. I’m grateful for the opportunity to engage with such a passionate community.
