About the Session

In the third session of the 2025 Toolbox Talks Series, we brought everything together by focusing on the art of construction management. This is where the technical side of projects meets the human side of leadership. It is about blending people, projects, intuition, experience, structure, and creativity to deliver successful outcomes.

We took time to reflect on how we show up as leaders and how we create space for others to do the same. We discussed the unique strengths that women bring to leadership roles, especially the ability to adapt, listen deeply, and inspire those around them. These qualities are powerful tools that can transform how projects are managed and how teams succeed.

The energy in the session was wonderful. The discussion was open, honest, and full of thoughtful insights. Together, we explored what it means to lead with both strength and empathy, and how finding that balance helps build trust and drive results in every project.
